Program Overview

In China Internship (ICI) Program offers work experience to under-graduates, post- graduates, and professionals looking for more experience in one of the fastest growing and increasingly important business centres in the world. Through our tailor made programs ICI has become the leading provider of internships in China and gives people the chance to work, learn, network, and explore in the Middle Kingdom.

With the increasingly globalised nature of the world, there is not a sector or industry which does not currently deal with China right now. Whether you plan to work in the PRC in the future or just want to gain an advantage over other applicants in your field, an internship with ICI will give you the head start you require. Some of the advantages include:

Give your CV/Resume the edge

With fewer jobs available and more graduates going for them, it is becoming increasingly difficult to get noticed and many people get lost in the shuffle. By adding an internship in China to your CV you are demonstrating to future employers that you can succeed in one of the most dynamic and diverse working environments in the world.

During your time with ICI you will:

Acclimatise yourself to a new and challenging working environment
Gain experience in the day to day workings of Chinese industry
Show employers you can thrive in a foreign climate and adapt to a new way of doing things
Learn and embrace a new way of thinking

Build your Network

There is an old adage ‘it’s not what you know, it’s who you know’. Whilst that may not always be the case, building a strong network in your chosen field can often pay dividends both in the short term and the long term.

By doing your internship in China you will build relationships in a key market and also meet people from around the globe. These relationships can help you secure a job and then succeed at it later on.
