Program Prices

ICI Recruiting offers the China Internship Program on a fee basis. In order to make our program a safe, hassle-proof, personalized and rewarding one, we provide three packages for you to choose from including Basic, Standard and Premium. You may join the Program based on your individual needs and budget.

The following table outlines the current prices in UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollar and Euro for our placement services, excluding flights, insurance and visa fees. Other currencies are permissable. We take payment online through PayPal. If you prefer not to pay online, we also accept Western Union and bank transfers. If you are not using the payment structure illustrated at the Payment Section, please let us know and we will send you an invoice and payment details for the correct amount.

Terms of Payment

In order to be enrolled in our program, a Program Deposit in the amount of GBP280, USD480 or EUR380 will have to be paid upon your acceptance of our Service Offer within one week. The remainder payment will have to be made within three working days upon our confirmation with the host company’s offer or at least six weeks before the starting date of your placement, whichever goes earlier.

Refund Policy

The deposit is non-refundable unless the Program has been cancelled by ICI without the participant’s consent or a refund is decided upon at ICI Recruiting’s discretion. For details, please check the Terms and Conditions and Internship Guarantee.

Start Dates

We offer flexible starting date based on your individual situation. However, we recommend our program participants to apply as early as possible or at least one month and a half (6 weeks) before your intended stating date so that we can be given sufficient time to proceed with your application and match you with a position in your best interests.

Here’s a timeframe in general for your scheduling purpose:

You are advised to arrive in China on a Thursday: - We pick you up and help you settle down. On Friday, we assist you to register with the local police station for your temporary residence. We also make the arrangement for you to meet the host company for work orientation. You enjoy your Saturday and Sunday off by having a good rest or doing some shopping. You start work on Monday fully refreshed.

You are also advised to plan your schedule with reference to the Chinese Public Holidays for the year.
