2. Finding a placement
There are two ways to find an ICI placement. The first is to browse our listings. Click here. The second is we will find a placement for you by matching our positions with your registration details.

3. Apply
You can apply by either submitting your application directly from a placement posting from our listings or if you have chosen the ICI matching option, your application will begin after you have received an offer from ICI.

4. Assessment
We have several assessment points. We review your registration, we assess your documents and then match your requests with our listings. Once all these have been cleared, then we will arrange an interview with you using either telephone, Skype or WeChat.

5. Deposit
After both you and your host company are comfortable, you must pay a deposit. Then we will start arranging the internship program. After all the details have been confirmed, you must pay the placement fee. If for some unforeseen reason we cannot deliver the program your deposit will be returned. The deposit and placement fee are to filter applicants who are not committed.

6. Confirmation of arrangements
During the entire process we will email you with updates and status reports. There will be interviews and various questions, so you will need to monitor your emails regularly. When you and the host company are satisfied with all the arrangements, you will sign an acceptance agreement. If you or the company are not satisfied, we will continue the search until we find the perfect match. We also provide a series of packages that include accommodation and Chinese language training. 7. Payment
Once all the details are confirmed, we will send you a final invoice, minus your deposit and placement fees.
