1. If you are successful in step 1, you will be invited to a 2-stage interview process. The first interview will be an online interview with the RHT Education team.

2. Upon successful completion of the first interview, you will be asked to submit the following documents:

  a) Professional Profile Picture

  b) Professional reference from administrators

    i. This can be in the form of letters

    ii. OR, provide an email address and we will contact them

  c) Passport

  d) Criminal Record Check – must be within the last six months of date of job acceptance

  e) Diplomas and Transcripts (if not in English, we need certified translations as well)

1. If you are successful in step 1, you will be invited to a 2-stage interview process. The first interview will be face to face here in China.

2. If you pass the initial interview, you will then be invited to participate in our training program. This will prepare you for your position abroad.

3. Upon completing the training program, you will be asked to submit the following documents:

  a) Professional Profile Picture

  b) Professional reference from administrators

    i. This can be in the form of letters

    ii. OR, provide an email address and we will contact them

  c) Passport

  d) Criminal Record Check – must be within the last six months of date of job acceptance

  e) Diplomas and Transcripts (if not in English, we need certified translations as well)

1. After submitting your documents you will then be asked to have an online interview with the University RHT has set you up with.

2. If you successfully pass your interview you will be asked to submit your final documents:

  a) Credential Evaluation – compares foreign degrees against US standards for teaching license acquisition.

  b) Bank information – prove financial means. Our teachers are required to have a minimum 2,000 USD for proper funds to relocate.

  c) Criminal Record Check – must be within the last six months of date of job acceptance

  d) If applicable

    i. Driver’s license- if you do not have a driver’s license, you will be placed in areas with public transport.

    ii. Social Security Card

1. After submitting your documents you will then be asked to have an online interview with RHT’s partners in the United States.

2. If you successfully pass your interview you will be asked to submit your final documents:

  a) Credential Evaluation – compares foreign degrees against US standards for teaching license acquisition.

  b) Bank information – prove financial means. Our teachers are required to have a minimum 2, 000 USD for proper funds to relocate.

  c) Criminal Record Check – must be within the last six months of date of job acceptance

  d) If applicable

    i. Driver’s license- if you do not have a driver’s license, you will be placed in areas with public transport.

    ii. US Social Security Card – from previous employment or tour in the US
