Internationalization of Vocational Education Symposium

On the 28^th December, 2016, the Internationalization of Vocational Education Symposium was hold at Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce. This meeting was arranged by Central Institute for Vocational and Technical Education (CIVET), which is under the administration of the Ministry of Education, which conducts research of the reform and development of vocational and technical education and also makes suggestions for vocational and technical education management and policy making. Mr. Liu Lixin, the deputy director of CIVET and his colleague Mrs. Zhou Fenghua, Mr. Liu Keyong, the director of the Vocational Education Division of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, and over 30 Presidents and/or International Exchange Deans from 22 vocational colleges attended this meeting. RHT Education was invited to make the key presentation focusing on international innovation strategies.

Mr. Liu Lixin hosted the meeting. First, Mr. Xue Maoyun, President of the host Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce, made the welcome speech and introduced the current international exchange situation of his college. Then, Mrs. Zhou Fenghua gave a presentation titled; “Internationalization of Vocational Education Strategy”. She stressed in the meeting, that although international exchange for vocational education started in 1980 and had made substantial progress, there is still lots of work to be done. After that, Mr. Sun and Mr. Cochrane from RHT gave a full introduction of our company and presented innovative solutions to the current challenges. After the meeting, the colleges were very excited about RHT’s programs and expressed their interest by making individual appointments to plan specific programs to suit their needs.
