The 2nd 2016 Executive Council Meeting of Jiangsu International Student Education Management Research Association

Hosted by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, this was a meeting of Jiangsu universities’ student management focusing on international students. This meeting was chaired by Mr. Lin Yue, Director of the Department for International Cooperation and Exchange of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Educational Nanjing Normal University on November 15, 2016. Deans of international colleges from 19 universities including Nanjing University, Southeast University, Soochow University, Nanjing Normal University attended this meeting. Mr. Sun Haiming, the President of RHT Education, attended the meeting too.

In the morning, all the participating colleges and universities reported their current international education developments and issues. Mostcolleges and universitiesalready haveanumber of internationalstudents studyingon campus, and are welcoming even more. In the afternoon, Mr. Sun Haiminggave an introduction about the design and current progress of the Advantage Program, generating a high amount ofinterest among colleges and universities with regards to joining the program.
